• Send Notice to Vacate to the occupants upon receipt of instructions from client to begin eviction.
• File Petition for Forcible Entry and Detainer with Court; oversee service of Citation.
• Have Trial date scheduled.
• Coordinate with Client Representative to appear in Court.
• Attend Hearing and obtain Judgment issuing Writ of Possession to the premises.
• Confirm occupied after Judgment.
• Have Writ of Possession issued to remove occupants from premises.
• Coordinate move-out date with Constable's office and client.
