Our services include:

• Prepare and mail the initial Demand Letter.
• Prepare and file all pleadings necessary to obtain a Writ to recover property or a Judgment.
• Obtain Order granting Writ of Sequestration.
• Assist in obtaining and preparing Bond.
• Coordinate with Constable's offices to obtain service and recover collateral.
• If borrower refuses to turn over collateral, schedule and attend Hearing for Contempt.
• Obtain Judgment including Trial of Matter if required.
• Have Abstract of Judgment prepared and recorded.
